Global Skilled Employment Services (GSES) is a recruitment services company based in Melbourne with a sister company in the Philippines. We specialize in providing skilled workers to Australian employers in order to overcome their manpower shortages.

We have been operating Australia wide since 2010 and have placed highly skilled workers in most sectors and industries in Regional and Metropolitan areas in various states of Australia.

Both our Directors are Registered Migration Agents who assess the candidates’ eligibility to qualify for visas before they are referred to prospective employers. All the cases are handled professionally and with efficiency, delivering the best outcome for our clients.

Fadi Malek is a Registered Migration Agent since 2008.

He specializes in Work, Business, and Skilled Migration visas for more than 12 years.

With a degree in Agriculture Science and his love for animal farming, he uses his academic and practical knowledge to understand the employer’s skills requirement and match them to the best available workers.

He leads the team with his skills and technical expertise in recruitment and Migration Law.

Estelle McNally is a Registered Migration Agent since 1999. For over 20 years, she has continued her practice and specialize in Student, Partner, Family, and Skilled Migration. In her early career, she had worked in large corporate companies and had experienced working in social services.

Her years of experience and expertise greatly contributes in providing special care in handling our every client – both employers and workers. A commitment of providing an easy communication and smooth transition throughout the employment process.
